Als Senior UX designer bij Belfius bepaal je mee over de gebruikerservaring van onze banking applicaties die dagelijks door 2 miljoen gebruikers worden gebruikt.

**De job in een notendop**

Je bent ervan overtuigd dat een synergie tussen business
- en gebruikersnoden cruciaal is voor een succesvol digitaal product.

Samen met stakeholders bepaal je hoe objectieven vertaald worden naar features in één van onze digitale platformen. Je vervult een trekkende rol en schat zelf in welke stappen nodig zijn om het project tot een goed einde te brengen. Gaande van requirements challengen via workshops, testen bij gebruikers, wireframes uittekenen tot informatie architectuur uitwerken. Nadien werk je samen met de UI-designer om jouw feature finaal vorm te geven.

Je kom terecht in een multidisciplinair team met UI designers, service designers en user researchers. Jullie gezamenlijke doel : de beste gebruikerservaring aanbieden aan onze klanten.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als:

- Je hebt een richting Digital Design, Experience Design of soortgelijks gevolgd.
- Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring als UX designer in een digitale omgeving.
- Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van user centered design methodieken.
- Je denkt probleemoplossend en analytisch, we verwachten ideeën van jou om op basis van diverse input onze digitale platformen te verbeteren.
- Je hebt goede communicatievaardigheden en hebt geen probleem met presenteren aan stakeholders (incl. management).
- Je hebt een goede kennis van interface-patronen op mobiele apps (iOS & Android) en desktop applicaties.
- Je kant goed overweg met Figma en Miro.
- Je bent een teamspeler die mensen kan samenbrengen. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands of Frans. Je begrijpt de andere taal die je niet noodzakelijk spreekt.

Je scoort extra met:

- Ervaring als UX designer in een corporate omgeving.
- Ervaring als UX designer in een digital agency.
- Project management skills.
- Andere zaken waarmee je ons kan verrassen.
