- Organiser et animer les stand-up quotidien, les revues et planification de sprint, les rétrospectives et autres réunions dans un mode Agile
- Établir la roadmap, le planning, le budget, les ressources nécessaires au budget
- Aider l’équipe à surmonter les obstacles
- Challenger l’équipe d’un point de vue technique et réaliser les tests techniques nécessaires
- Gérer les risques et les problèmes
- Vérifier le respect des délais, du budget et du scope
- Supprimer les barrières à l’efficacité de l’équipe et la protéger des distractions extérieures
- Gérer les relations avec l’ensemble des parties prenantes au projet

**Casting |**
- Posséder un diplôme bachelier ou master en IT
- La connaissance du français est indispensable ainsi que l’anglais. Le néerlandais est un atout.
- Connaissance des méthodologies Agile (ex. Kanban) et d’outils de reporting (ex. Jira)
- Connaissance des méthodologies de gestion de projets de développement software
- Une certification Scrum Master et/ou Agile et/ou PMP est un atout considérable
- Vous êtes communicatif, orienté solutions et teamplayer
- Organisé et rigoureux, vous aimez partager vos connaissances avec votre entourage et vous avez des compétences en gestion de personnes
