Vous êtes passionné par les ressources humaines et vous disposez d’une première expérience dans le domaine de la gestion des ressources humaines ? Nous recherchons un collègue qui souhaite assumer un ou plusieurs rôles au sein de la cellule Développement du Personnel et de l’Organisation: des différentes projets RH mais aussi l'organisation des formations.

Exemples de tâches:

- Contribuer au différents projets RH:

- une politique moderne sur l’absentéisme
- une politique concernant les mouvements du personnel en interne
- une politique d'intégrité
- .
- participer au développement d’un trajet de leadership (gestion des conflits, des absences, du stress, plan opérationnel, etc)
- guider les membres du personnel, les chefs de service et les membres de la direction ayant des besoins spécifiques en matière de coaching, de formation,...
- vous analysez en profondeur les demandes de formation qui vous sont confiées et élaborez un plan de formation en fonction et adapté aux besoins du demandeur. Vous contribuez au développement de formations, de manière complète
