Als Market Development Consultant maak je deel uit van het Market Development team bestaande uit 7 collega's.
Samen met je team zorg jij voor de duidelijke definitie en opvolging van de marktpositie van Baloise. Je onderzoekt de laatste markttrends en ontwikkelingen, detecteert nieuwe opportuniteiten en zorgt dat alle sales
- en marketingteams binnen de organisatie samen naar dezelfde doelstellingen werken.
**Zo ziet jouw werkdag eruit**:
- Je analyseert onze overkoepelende bedrijfsstrategie ("Baloise moet volgend jaar groeien in product X in klantensegment Y") en vertaalt deze naar concrete deelprojecten en KPI's.
- Je werkt mee aan sales
- en marketingprojecten die de bedrijfsstrategie ondersteunen.
- Je analyseert de marktpositie van Baloise en haar concurrentie binnen de verzekeringssector en bekijkt hoe we de markt best benaderen volgens onze bedrijfsstrategie.
- Je volgt actief de laatste markttrends en evoluties binnen de verzekeringssector en detecteert nieuwe opportuniteiten.
- Je rapporteert regelmatig over de vooruitgang van ons beleidsplan, de doelstellingen en lopende projecten met verschillende stakeholders (management, directie, Baloise Groep).
- Je maakt overzichtelijke rapporten en presentaties op waarmee je je marktinzichten deelt binnen de organisatie en bent voor collega's hierover een vast aanspreekpunt.
**What wij verwachten**:
- Je beschikt minimum over een bachelor-denkniveau.
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld. Eerdere ervaring in marktonderzoek is een plus, maar geen must.
- Je hebt sterke interesse in de verzekeringswereld en wil je hierin verder verdiepen via eigen onderzoek.
- Je neemt graag initiatief en durft proactief nieuwe voorstellen te doen.
- Je bent analytisch sterk en weet hoofd
- en bijzaak van elkaar onderscheiden.
- Je bent een echte netwerken en kan makkelijk contact leggen met verschillende type collega's.
- Je kan overtuigend en helder communiceren. Je slaagt erin moeilijke concepten in begrijpbare taal toe te lichten.
- Je bent gedreven en wil het morgen nóg beter doen dan vandaag.
