Inwonend Concierge Business Flats

Als verhuurder van gemeubelde studio's voor korte en middellange termijn (weken tot + 3 maanden), is Be-Housing op zoek naar een inwonende concierge voor haar residentie in Brussel.
Als concierge ben je verantwoordelijk voor een divers takenpakket in
- en rondom het gebouw, je bent de rots in de branding voor onze bewoners. Voor de uitvoering van de conciergetaken verkrijgt men voordelen in natura, nl. huisvesting in ons conciergeappartement.
Je staat onder andere in voor:
- het uitvoeren van controlerondes in en rond het gebouw
- de opmaak van planningen voor de poets
- en klusploeg, evenals opvolging van de uitvoering
- het onderhoud van de gemeenschappelijke tuin
- de opmaak van inventarissen en plaatsbeschrijvingen
- uitvoeren van kleine reparaties en aanvullen van inventarissen
- beheer van het brandalarm, u bent dus telefonisch bereikbaar
**Uw profiel**
- Je bent betrouwbaar en kan zelfstandig werken
- Het onderhoud van de algemene delen neem je graag ter harte
- Je bent stressbestendig en communicatief
- Je beschikt over enige technische kennis om problemen op te lossen.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, en hebt basiskennis van het Engels en Frans
- Telefonische permanentie schrikt je niet af
