Siebel Developer

We are looking for a Siebel developer, who is immediately available until the end of March 2024.

This extra resource is needed to perform the Siebel upgrade.

**Skills Required and Tasks to undertake.**
- Working knowledge on Siebel developments and configuration
- Working knowledge in web-services testing, SOA testing, SOAP UI tool
- Working knowledge about XML, SQL queries & Database verification and validations
- Coaching of Siebel development team
- Strong experience in review of functional and technical analysis documents
- Analytical mindset
- Pro-active coordination skills required to align with all involve teams from the impacted domains
- Experience with Siebel delivery in an Agile delivery organization
- Responsible for Siebel deliverables covering development, configuration and integration
- Responsible for coordinating with other teams for necessary inputs (development team other domains)
- Responsible for coordinating and supervising the development team
- Responsible for giving functional and technical guidance to analysts and developers
- Responsible for review of test cases prepared by the test specialists, test review of analysis documents
- Planning of CRM/Siebel scope in Product Increment and Sprint meetings
- Defect creation and follow-up
- Responsible for updating the development status to the Product Owner and Scrum Manager
- Set examples for junior test specialists, DEV & ANA and be able to coach them
