Working in a transformational environment is an opportunity to think on your feet. You’ll have to ensure solid high quality performance for warehouse related activities. Providing internal/external customer satisfaction on a day to day basis.

**_Your _**_Key Responsabilities will be :_**
- To monitor flows from manufacturing site into European DC’s and act on deviations finding proper solutions ensuring correct priorities and service level. Ensure costs for detention/demurrage are avoided.
- To monitor replenishment to local warehouses and in between sites. Secure solutions on deviations and ensure kept timelines.
- To monitor warehouse performance and act on critical situations and develop action plans in order to reach targeted performance levels.
- To secure solid holiday planning for each market together with Transport Operational Coordinator team
- To be Subject Matter Expert (SME) for setup of warehousing related activities when it comes to country specifics, IT requirements, system settings, cut-off and delivery terms
- To support the rollouts and ensure functionality required by market prior implementation by the partner
- To issue and follow up complaints towards DC (Distribution Centres) and ensure contractual levels are achieved and stretched even further.
- To monitor warehousing data including acting to resolve issues and secure data required is provided.
- To do the follow up of returns from customers and take actions if needed.
- To support and participate to Operational Meetings with our partners and internal stakeholders.
- To act as 1st level of contacts on all warehousing related activities for stakeholders and providers.
- To ensure adequate communication towards Transport Operational Coordinators/GCC/markets/SCP/QA Team/ Controlling Team and logistics partners.
- To provide warehouse customer specific performance information used in local markets.
- To provide Warehouse KPI’s, analyse and follow up with corrective actions.
- To participate in and coordinate specific projects linked to Logistics
- To stimulate own knowledge base and improve learnings
- To find continuous improvements through lean methodology (such as A3) that generates increased quality, decreased cost, saves time or improves service.
- To secure slot availability based on Mölnlycke (inbound and replenishment) and customer (outbound) needs

You will report to the EMEA Operations Manager.

**_Competencies and Experience_**
- Practical experience within logistics (including inbound, outbound, warehousing, transport & 3PL) or bachelor degree. 2-3 year experience required
- Documented customer oriented approach
- Exposure of international environment
- Analytical and monitoring skill set is required
- Experience from work with continuous improvement
- Fluent in English and French
- Good communicator and used to multi-tasking
- Good IT skills (Excel and ERP) in order to understand how physical flows are replicated system wise
- Travel required in line with support of logistics across multiple countries within defined area of responsibility maybe 2-3 times a year
- The key responsibilities are described in respective RACI table of flower mapping and procedures and instructions. Exposure of international environment
