- has two facilities; the headquarters are based in Nívelles (Belgium), and the France Research Center focusing on offering an end-to-end DNA production platform based in Evry (France)._
The project manager will join the PMO team, who is ensuring projects are delivered on time, in scope, on budget and with the required quality whilst considering the different internal and external constraints. In this young company, our team is building best practices and processes and creates a harmonized way of managing the different projects in the organization. You will participate in the creation of that new way of working.**JOB PURPOSE & OBJECTIVES**:
Quantoom has several development projects ongoing for which the PM team is giving support to the whole organization. The PM acts as integrator of product-specific transversal development activities and builds one integrated project plan covering all activities (internal and/or external). (S)he will focus on tactics and execution and will ensure objectives and scope of the projects are always aligned with the project execution and the company strategy.A PM role is a challenging position as (s)he will facilitate the execution of the project(s) by leading the team towards the objectives. (s)he will be supported by the department managers who have a hierarchical role in the organization.**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Execution of project management activities, including- Contract management for external parties- Managing project scope- Managing project planning (resources and material)- Controlling time management and monitoring progress- Drafting and controlling project budget- Analyzing and managing project risks- Governance & Reporting- Putting in place an effective governance- Managing reports and other necessary documentation- Ensuring internal and external stakeholders’ satisfaction- Leading project’s meetings- Coaching, mentoring and knowledge management- Organizing and motivating a project team- Developing project management best practices- Managing integration of the team’s work to the strategic objectives of the company- Drafting and sharing lessons learned**PROFILE (QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)**:
- Quantoom Biosciences is looking for an analytical thinker with solid organizational skills and excellent problem-solving skills. The successful Project Management Resource can multi-task in a high volume, fast-paced work environment. (S)he is a team player with a high level of self-motivation and ability to set and meet goals.-
5 years of experience in a Project Management role, or related function, within Pharmaceutical Industry or its providers. Previous experience in RNA projects is a plus.- Experience of working with global, multi-cultural, diverse, cross-functional project teams, with demanding timelines and complex deliverables- A Master’s degree in business, engineering or life sciences is highly preferred.- Project Management Certification or Qualification is an asset (PMP, Prince 2, Agile).-
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, trouble-shoot, and to meet short
- and long-term deadlines.- Demonstrated experience in budget and financial management.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Excellent critical and creative thinking.- Ability to build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on conflicts and problem-solving.- Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible and leading by example- Fluent in English- . Fluency in French is a big plus.
