The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Transportation Agent (M/F/*), located in Zwijndrecht, Belgium, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

- _ Taking care of the administrative receiving activities_
- _ Organize transport according to all national and international guidelines and participate in improvement projects_
- _ Register in SAP all inbound and outbound activities_
- _ At our transportation desk, serving truck drivers quickly and efficiently to the correct warehouse, working closely with 3M Customer Service and Warehouse._
- _ Responsible for controlling the costs and services of our transportation department_

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- _ Bachelor’s degree in logistic function (national and international shipping and receiving) or equal by relevant experience._
- _ Fundamental experience of import/export legislation and corresponding documentation_
- _ Fluency in Dutch & English_

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- _ Practical user experience in a SAP environment_
- _ ADR _certificate/knowledge_
- _ Extra language is a plus (German, French,)_
- _ Respect for procedures and agreements_
- _ Good organizing skills resulting in efficient, yet flawless working plus strong communication_

Working Time: Part-time Position (60-80%)
