Poste : Architecte Technique

Lieu : Bruxelles, Belgique

Hybride : 2-3 fois par semaine au bureau du client

Langues obligatoires : L'une des langues nationales (néerlandais et français) doit être la langue maternelle, et l'autre langue doit être comprise et lisible.

Responsabilités:

- Évaluer et recommander des technologies, outils et frameworks de pointe pour améliorer les performances et la scalabilité des systèmes.
- Développer des plans techniques, des directives et de la documentation pour guider l'équipe de développement dans la mise en œuvre des solutions.
- Collaborer avec les parties prenantes, y compris les analystes métier, les propriétaires de produits et les développeurs, pour traduire les besoins métier en solutions techniques.
- Assurer l'intégration des systèmes et des services à travers la conception d'APIs, de brokers de messages (par exemple, Kafka, RabbitMQ) et d'autres protocoles de communication.
- Diriger les discussions sur les pratiques DevOps, y compris les pipelines CI/CD, l'automatisation de l'infrastructure et l'orchestration des conteneurs avec Docker et Kubernetes.
- Promouvoir et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques en matière de sécurité, y compris les architectures zero-trust, le chiffrement et les normes de codage sécurisé.
- Surveiller les performances des systèmes, résoudre les problèmes architecturaux et optimiser les solutions pour la scalabilité et la fiabilité.
- Se tenir au courant des technologies émergentes telles que l'IA/ML, l'IoT et la blockchain pour garantir que l'organisation reste compétitive et innovante.
- Encadrer les développeurs et les architectes juniors, en fournissant des conseils sur les défis techniques et les décisions architecturales.

Exigences:

- Expérience avérée en tant qu'architecte technique ou dans un rôle similaire, avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience en développement logiciel.
- Forte expertise dans les frameworks backend modernes et les langages (par exemple, Java,.NET, Python, Go).
- Maîtrise des plateformes cloud telles que AWS, Azure ou Google Cloud Platform (GCP), y compris les technologies sans serveur comme AWS Lambda ou Azure Functions.
- Solide compréhension des modèles architecturaux tels que les microservices, les architectures orientées événements et le design basé sur les domaines (DDD).
- Expérience pratique de la containerisation (Docker) et des plateformes d'orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Expérience en conception de bases de données pour les systèmes SQL (par exemple, PostgreSQL, MySQL) et NoSQL (par exemple, MongoDB, DynamoDB).
- Connaissance des technologies frontend et de leur intégration (par exemple, React, Angular ou Vue.js).
- Solide compréhension des principes de conception d'API, y compris REST, GraphQL et gRPC.
- Expérience des pratiques DevOps, des outils CI/CD (par exemple, Jenkins, GitLab CI ou CircleCI), et des outils d'infrastructure-as-code (par exemple, Terraform, Ansible).
- Connaissance des meilleures pratiques de sécurité, y compris les directives OWASP, la gestion des identités (par exemple, OAuth, SAML) et les techniques de chiffrement.
- Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité de prendre des décisions architecturales solides.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à expliquer des concepts techniques complexes aux parties prenantes.
- Diplôme de Bachelor ou Master en informatique, technologies de l'information ou dans un domaine connexe.

Qualifications préférées:

- Certification sur les plateformes cloud (par exemple, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert ou Google Cloud Professional Architect).
- Expérience avec des technologies émergentes telles que l'IA/ML, l'IoT et la blockchain.
- Familiarité avec les outils d'observabilité tels que Prometheus, Grafana et ELK Stack.
