**What do you have to offer?**

A deep understanding of HR processes plus affinity with tech. Or a deep understanding of tech plus affinity with HR. Either way, those determined to get to the bottom of our customers’ needs will fit right in. But also:

- Ideally you have a Medior or Senior experience
- You have a SuccessFactors Associate Certification in one or more SF modules
- You have demonstrable experience in a customer-oriented role
- You have solid interpersonal skills

**Which task can you expect?**
- Facilitate customer process walkthroughs to understand business processes and align with solution functionality.
- Manage SuccessFactors projects, resource allocation, deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
- Design and configure a SuccessFactors system based on HR best practices.
- Ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors while adhering to product standards.
- Facilitate workshop, training sessions of client's key users.
- Work closely with SD Worx team members to facilitate successful integration between modules.
- Support pre-sales activities.
