Belfius Asset Management (Belfius AM) is een dochteronderneming van Belfius Bank die in 2016 werd opgericht. Als vermogensbeheerder zijn we verantwoordelijk voor 32 miljard euro aan vermogen. Deze zijn verdeeld over (in-house en uitbestede) collectieve fondsen voor 24 miljard euro (voor 1 miljoen klanten van Belfius Bank), en portefeuilles van 8 miljard euro voor 4.000 particuliere en vermogende klanten.

Ons team telt meer dan 70 medewerkers (tegenover 27 in 2021), met 7 verschillende nationaliteiten, met drie hoofdverantwoordelijkheden:

- Gecentraliseerde beleggingsbeslissingen ("Belfius Convictions") die van toepassing zijn op alle klantenactiva van Belfius
- Verantwoord beleggingsbeleid voor Belfius (ESG)
- Beheer van €30 miljard euro voor meer dan 1 miljoen klanten van Belfius, hetzij via collectieve fondsen, hetzij via persoonlijke mandaten voor private & wealth klanten.

Deze €30 miljard aan activa zijn een sterke getuigenis van het vertrouwen dat we jaar na jaar van onze klanten krijgen. Deze fondsen vertegenwoordigen hun spaargeld voor hun pensioen, voor de financiering van de opleiding van hun kinderen of voor hun vakantie. Wij streven er elke dag naar om deze tegoeden doeltreffend te beheren, onder ons motto: "Belfius AM: Powered by Convictions, Managed with Love".

De afgelopen jaren heeft Belfius AM een snelle groei doorgemaakt, en gezien de hoge ambities van Belfius Groep op het gebied van Sparen & Beleggen (inclusief Private & Wealth Management) verwachten we in een aanhoudend tempo te blijven groeien.

**De job in een notendop**

De Senior Private Portfolio Manager beheert zowel standaard
- en maatwerkportfolio’s en zorgt voor een passende communicatie met opdrachtgevers.

Binnen de business unit Private Portfolio Management heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

- Opbouw en beheer particuliere klantenportefeuilles.
- De strategie van Belfius Asset Management toepassen op alle relevante portefeuilles waarvoor je lokaal verantwoordelijk bent.
- Zorgen dat alle portefeuilles waarvoor je direct verantwoordelijk (of back-up) bent, voldoen aan de strategie.
- Zorgen dat de mandaten van klanten goed gedocumenteerd zijn en ethisch beheerd worden, rekening houdend met de specifieke beperkingen van de verschillende mandaten.
- Waarborgen van de continuïteit van de activiteiten in alle omstandigheden.
- Technische en commerciële ondersteuning bieden aan de Belfius Private Bankers en Belfius Wealth Managers, aan commerciële en marketingfuncties om hen te helpen nieuwe mandaten bij particuliere klanten te winnen.
- Communiceren en gericht rapporteren over de prestaties van de portefeuille en de beleggingsstrategie naar de klanten voor wie je verantwoordelijk bent.
- Ontwikkelen en bijdragen aan specifieke projecten.

**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan indien je voldoet aan de volgende voorwaarden:

- Je hebt 7 tot 10 jaar ervaring in financiële analyse, private banking, wealth management en/of aanverwante activiteiten.
- Je beschikt over een uitstekende kennis en gedegen begrip van financiële markten en instrumenten.
- Je bent houder van een masterdiploma en een eventuele aanvullende specialisatie, zoals CFA-certificering (bij voorkeur) of de wens om een dergelijke certificering te behalen.
- Je hebt goede vaardigheden in kwantitatieve analyse.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden en drukt je uit in Nederlands, Engels en Frans.
- Je bent gedreven door teamspirit, ondernemend, creatief, assertief en staat open voor verandering. Je denkt en handelt gestructureerd en methodisch en je beschikt over het vermogen om te werken in stressvolle omgevingen.
