As a V&V Leader, and as a member of the Test System Team, **your mission will be to lead Validation & Verification activities for the signalling projects** you will be in charge with.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
**Objectives**
- Writing of test specifications and test criterias for trainborne or trackside sub-system acceptance in accordance with a predefined generic test strategy;
- To run the tests, analyse the results and write test reports according to the predefined test specifications (lab tests)
- To formalize anomalies if any, to organize review to analize anomalies and to request modifications if required.
- To follow-up the setting of the test bench and tools to carry-out the tests;
- To carry out regression tests after anomalies correction.
- To organize and participate to the end of phase review

Qualifications & Skills:
EDUCATION

Engineering degree with specific training/experience in the fields of automatics, IT, or other well suited degree/background**.**

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:

- Teamspirit;
- Rigorous and reliable;
- Leadership;
- Good analytical & synthetic skills Goodwill.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE
- A solid background in Test & Integration activities combined with a strong knowledge of railways signalling systems are mandatory (ERTMS). A first experience as Teamleader and in Project Management would be very important assets.
- Language: a full proficient use of French and a good level in English.
