Introductie
IT-Planet is een gespecialiseerd informatica projectsourcing bedrijf, gelegen te Gent. We zijn actief bij diverse grote klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende ICT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team van 180 medewerkers te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Solution Architect** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Brussel**.

Functie
Stelt architecturaal solution designs voor, volgt praktische oplossingen op, binnen het architecturaalen organisatorisch kader:
- vertrekt vanuit de functional requirements, doet voorstellen van solution designs binnen detoegewezen projecten die aansluiten op de business behoeften, in lijn met de architecturalerichtlijnen, de IT-Roadmap en de strategische visie
- identificeert de integratienoden bij het uitwerken van het solution design en werkt een plan voordata migratie & integratie uit in lijn met de vooropgestelde strategie
- staat in voor de uitwerking van de architecturale standaarden en normen op niveau van deapplicatie(s)
- zorgt voor performante, betrouwbare applicaties/services in lijn met de technologiestandaarden enstandaard methodologieën en guidelines
- levert proactief verbeteringsvoorstellen aan om de onderhoudbaarheid, stabiliteit en performantievan applicaties/services te optimaliseren
- zorgt voor de opmaak van up-to-date documentatie over de gebouwde oplossingen binnen één ofmeerdere businessdomeinen
- coördineert de verschillende architecten toegewezen aan het project en doet de opvolging enimplementatie van het solution design
Communiceert en overlegt rond Solution Design:
- communiceert actief en organiseert overleg met betrokken partijen met als doel een draagvlak tecreëren en actief de afstand tussen technische en functionele stakeholders te overbruggen
- geeft feedback aan developers/technical lead met betrekking tot de functionaliteiten van deontwikkelde applicatie
- woont verscheidene overlegfora bij (klant, experten, architecten) vanuit een adviserende, neutralerol
- communiceert over de bestaande functionele behoeften, verbeteringsmogelijkheden
- draagt de Enterprise architectuur visie en standaarden mee uit
Houdt de eigen (vak)kennis actueel:
- houdt trends en ontwikkelingen in het vakgebied bij om een performante en coherente IT architectuur na te streven die in lijn ligt met zowel de IT-strategie als de evolutie van het vakgebied
- werkt mee aan de uitbouw van kennisbeheer
- stimuleert actief het kennisdelen
- bewaakt de kwaliteit van de documentatie m.b.t. de gebruikte applicaties
- volgt de marktontwikkelingen op
- levert een actieve bijdrage aan de veranderingen die noodzakelijk zijn voor de verdere professionalisering en verhoging van de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening
- Onderhoudt het eigen interne en externe netwerk
Functie-eisen
- Kennisniveau Master of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Relevante werkervaring van 5-10 jaar
- Inwerkperiode van enkele maanden
- Grondige kennis van meerdere, complexe klantprocessen die de volledige organisatie omvatten
- Kennis van solution architectuur, courante en specifieke software (o.a. UML, beschikbaretechnologieën, netwerken, databases, enterprise modellering, )
- Basiskennis van infrastructuur
- Kennis van de structuur en van de interne (werk)procedures van de organisatie
