Als stagiair COO krijg je de kans om deel uit te maken van ons managementteam en bij te dragen aan het optimaliseren van onze bedrijfsvoering.
- **Functieomschrijving**:_
Als stagiair COO werk je direct samen met de COO om de algehele efficiëntie en effectiviteit van de bedrijfsvoering te verbeteren. Je speelt een cruciale rol in het coördineren van verschillende afdelingen en processen. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten:
- **Operationele Strategie**: assisteren bij het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van operationele strategieën om de prestaties en winstgevendheid van het restaurant te verbeteren
- **Procesoptimalisatie**: identificeren van mogelijkheden voor procesverbetering in verschillende afdelingen, zoals keuken, service, voorraadbeheer en financiën
- **Budgetbeheer**: ondersteunen bij budgetplanning en kostenbeheersing, inclusief het analyseren van financiële gegevens en het opstellen van rapporten
- **Kwaliteitscontrole**: helpen bij het handhaven van hoge kwaliteitsnormen in producten, diensten en gastervaring
- **Teamcoördinatie**: samenwerken met afdelingshoofden om de communicatie en samenwerking binnen het team te verbeteren
- **Vereisten**:_
- Studie in de richting van bedrijfskunde, hospitality management, of een vergelijkbare studierichting
- Analytisch denkvermogen en probleemoplossend vermogen
- Uitstekende communicatieve en leiderschapsvaardigheden
- Oog voor detail en nauwkeurigheid
- Bereidheid om te leren en te groeien in een veeleisende, professionele omgeving
