We are currently looking for a transformational consultant to support the Managed Services business in achieving its objectives.

The Services Architect is a service solution crafter for clients in the NTT Ltd. Business and (s)he assist with identification of services sales. The individual may focus on a particular area or service domain or work across various services, providing service solutions that meet client and NTT Ltd. objectives.
The primary objective of a Services Architect is to position the managed services within NTT Ltd.’s existing and perspective clients. He/she develops a thorough understanding of the client’s business needs and technology or service strategy and uses this to define and build a managed service that aligns with the client’s business and technology objectives.
**Working at NTT**
The transformational consultants of the Managed Service organization have as main objectives to drive sales strategy follow-up and business growth on existing or new Managed Service client. The related KPIs are mainly in terms of Managed Services business pull through. The related activities can be detailed as such:
- Act as a strategic/trusted advisor on a set of key Managed Services accounts with the intention to understand the client IT strategy, to detect NTT projects early in the lifecycle and to help the client define requirements.
- Play a key orchestrator role in the strategic account governance including the technical architects, client delivery managers, operations specialists, third parties/partners and NTT account executives.
- Help defining and following-up strategic account plans with the sales managers and with the client partners to ensure a consistent and strategic solution/services approach to clients
- Deepen partnership with client management stakeholders building relationships and trust.
- Understanding of the client’s business, IT solutions, IT operating model with the ability to link IT solutions to client business outcomes and challenges
- Drive innovation and transformation at client by organizing Strategic Innovation committees and by detecting and bringing the right resources and competencies at the right time
- Design complex managed services solutions to meet client requirements by integrating solution and service design across multiple domains, delivery units and geography;
- Lead the solution design with clients and lead the internal teams to enable business outcome requirements mapping, detailed solution design and pricing.
- Responsible for the solution design deliverables and interfacing with the solution architects, service architects, with other technical resources like consultants and with the centre of excellences to ensure efficiency and supportability of solutions;
- Contribute to the knowledge base of NTT’s solutions and services by sharing best practices with internal teams and clients; Act as an internal coach for technical teams.
- A level of knowledge across Enterprise Architecture and Service Management. A strong ITIL or other service management framework background is a plus.
- Significant skills in data strategy, data architecture and data experimentation relying on Hyperscalers solutions (Azure, AWS and/or GCP)
- AND Significant skills in cloud transformation related to a specific hyperscaler (Azure or AWS) including the following adoption domains:
- Cloud strategy
- Cloud networking
- Cloud operating model
- Cloud security and compliance
- Fundamental skills about main Hyperscalers (AWS, GCP, Azure);
- Strong knowledge about the IT market trends to drive client innovation;
