**This will be you contribution**:
**From Business side**:
- Manage and update the database of clients eligible for the fiscal advantage: WWT Exemption Social tax.
- Advise and provide client support and management related to this service.
- Payroll optimization.
- Ensure deadlines and compliance.
- Collect all the required information and documentation to be able to support the client in case of tax control.
- Be aligned with the consultant team that will manage the writing and fiscal reports for this exception.
**From HR side**:
- Support the recruitment process in order to be aligned with the market.
- Ensure compliance with the regulations on Occupational Risk Prevention: coordination with the external prevention service, health surveillance, coordination of company activities, information, and training.
- Be responsible for keeping the employees’ files and HR platforms up to date.
- Be the reference for HR topics, providing support and information to managers and teammates on HR policies, procedures and best practices to enable team engagement.
- Be responsible of employment contracts, payrolling, exit agreement, handling of layoffs
- Closely follow-ups with the employees.
**Desirable requirements**:
- **Bachelor’s degree in social work** or related field.
- Experience required**:1 year in a similar tax social consultant role**.
- Level of **Dutch should be native** and good level of **French**. English is also mandatory.
- Other European languages (like Italian) are welcome due to our international environment
- A strong understanding of Microsoft Office (**Excel**: Advance).
- Professional qualifications in HR Management are an asset.
- Strategic mindset, strong business acumen, executive presence, strong communications skills and ability to persuade.
- Deep knowledge of HR functional programs and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively across functional lines in a global environment.
- Knowledge about the Belgian labour law.
