De internationale groep met Belgische hoofdzetel in Gent-Zeehaven, is gespecialiseerd in de op
- en overslag van bulkgoederen (dry & liquid), fruit en containers in zeehavens in Europa en Afrika.
In België zijn ze actief in de zeehavens van Antwerpen, Gent en Zeebrugge, waarbij het bedrijf op ca. 20 sites in opdracht van haar klanten goederen laadt, lost en opslaat.
Deze goederen variëren van droge bulk (kolen, ertsen, mineralen, biomassa, ) over vloeibare bulk (benzine, gasolie, biodiesel, natuurlijke oliën, ) tot fruit (bananen, kiwi’s, ), containers en stukgoed.
Haar dochteronderneming actief in de havens van Antwerpen en Zeebrugge, behandelt jaarlijks gemiddeld 2.1 miljoen ton fruit, containers en stukgoed.
Voor deze dochteronderneming, gevestigd in het hoofdkantoor van de groep te Gent-Zeehaven, die als interne verzekeringsmakelaar fungeert binnen de groep voor het beheer van productie
- en schadedossiers, zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde, bekwame en dynamische:
**Inhouse Insurance Advisor (m/v/x)**
**Functiebeschrijving**:
- Je beheert productie
- en schadedossiers: burgerlijke aansprakelijkheid, brand, machinebreuk, auto, ;
- Je analyseert de verzekeringsnoden van de interne klant en informeert hem over de voorgestelde producten;
- Je spreekt de voorwaarden van het verzekeringscontract af met de interne klant (bedrag van de premies, aard van de dekking,...);
- Je handelt deze dossiers zelfstandig af;
- Je actualiseert het verzekeringscontract van de klant en registreert de opvolggegevens;
- Je verleent assistentie bij expertises waarbij verplaatsingen naar andere locaties mogelijk zijn;
- Je rapporteert aan de verantwoordelijke.
**Gezocht profiel**
- Je beschikt over een master
- of bachelordiploma bank en verzekeringen of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Je hebt een FSMA erkenning voor verzekeringen of bent bereid die te behalen;
- Je hebt minimum 5 jaren relevante werkervaring in burgerlijke aansprakelijkheid;
- Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling;
- Je bent een organisatietalent met zin voor dynamiek;
- Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in team werken;
- Je kan vlot overweg met de voornaamste informaticatools en bij voorkeur ervaring met één of meerdere verzekeringspakketten;
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels (zowel gesproken als geschreven).
- Je bent in het bezit van rijbewijs B.
