**Responsibilities**:
As Junior Project Leader, your job is situated in the Enterprise Business Unit (EBU), which oversees the whole professional market, addressing large companies as well as small and medium sized enterprises. Within the Segment of Indrustrie Tribe, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating small and medium client projects, Your client contacts are to be situated mostly at the level of end - customer.
Your role & responsibilities:
- You are in direct contact with the end customer and third parties, with whom you will be working closely together.
- You develop, respect, and implement detailed planning for Moves, add and changes.
- You are capable - in short term - to understand the Proximus’ organization, to gain insight in the Proximus’ business models and in the vision behind the different projects.
- You identify, manage, minimize and anticipate potential risks throughout the entire project realization process, and you report the impact of issues and changes to your team and success manager. Being able to think out of the box will hereby be an asset.
- During the entire realization phase, you act as main point of contact for the client as well as for the subcontractors.
- You centralize all relevant information and report on the progress of the project, to both your client and your product owner.
- You guarantee the quality of the "deliverables" and make sure that the project planning is respected.
Profile
Requested competences:
- Ideally, you have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- You are trilingual Dutch/French/English
- You have 2 years in management/coordination of IT infrastructure projects.
- You have basic knowledge of project methodologies (certificates are always considered as a plus) and you are highly organized.
- You have an analytical mindset and a systematical approach when it comes down to solving problems.
- You are very strong in the follow up of processes and actions.
- You are dynamic, flexible, and creative.
- You are a good communicator, capable of influencing others and of building and maintaining a network of contacts around you.
- You behave yourself, in your daily attitudes as the « boss » of the project, between its start and the delivery of composing elements.
- You don’t hesitate to show your leadership by practicing the ‘show by example’.
