**We zijn op zoek naar een **Team Manager Forwarding voor ons Forwarding departement in Wilrijk.**

Als **Team Manager Forwarding **maak je deel uit van een enthousiast en gedreven team dat bouwt aan oplossingen in het Forwarding Management System (FMS). Je vormt daarbij de lijm tussen de externe klanten, de interne operationele afdelingen en de technische achterban.

**Wat doe je concreet?**
- Als mentor draag je zorg voor het team en voor de permanente ontwikkeling van je medewerkers. Je weet als geen ander hoe je moet sturen, coachen en enthousiasmeren.
- Naast het leidinggeven aan en het coördineren van onze forwarding agents, zorg je ervoor dat de workload goed op elkaar afgestemd is zodat de activiteiten vlot kunnen verlopen.
- Als geen ander slaag je erin om de actuele kennis van de medewerkers af te stemmen met de huidige processen en procedures.
- Het verzorgen van een vlotte operationele implementatie van nieuwe klanten behoort tevens tot jouw uitdagende takenpakket.
- Als Team Manager Forwarding fungeer je als aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe collega’s teneinde advies te verlenen in specifieke materies. Het uitbouwen van een netwerk hoort hier ook bij.
- Je volgt de gangbare KPI’s op, je werkt nauw samen met het Compliance team en je bent tevens verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken en opvolgen van de verlofplanning en de bezettingsgraad.

- Kennis van: Incoterms, IATA, IMDG, RID, Duane regels, FAVV wetgeving, Zeevracht, Airfreight, Wegtransport
