You are responsible of the shift you are working on:

- to welcome guest with a professional and heart-warming way
- to respect the check-in/check-out process
- to upsell the other hotel services
- to check and prepare the arrivals
- to acknowledge the specifications awaited

You are the link between the Front Office Manager and the rest of the team
- Creating and respecting the process
- Controlling and correcting colleagues if necessary
- Communication with the FOM, offering solutions

Dealing with guest complaints

Welcoming and teaching of new colleagues

Working on reaching the reception annual goals (ALL recruitment, quality goals,...)

Participation to "back-office" tasks

Experience **- What you will acquire here**

Self-control and hearing abilities.

Guest satisfaction as a priority.

Commercial spirit.

Acknowledge of Dutch, French and English are mandatory.

Autonomy, initiative, anticipation.

Time and priority management.

Ability to manage a 10 persons team.
