Work as an IT Service Continuity Officer Lead resilience, security, and innovation in healthcare with a supportive, forward-thinking team.

As an**IT Service Continuity Officer**, you will oversee the vision, strategy development, and project implementation for IT Service Continuity. Part of the CISO team, you will report to the CISO and have responsibilities extending to Information Security and Risk Management across the organization.

**Role**:
**IT Service Continuity Management**:

- Act as the central coordination point for all IT resilience matters.
- Identify, analyze, manage, and report IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM)-related risks while maintaining visibility and awareness of issues and improvements.
- Assess IT resilience and Disaster Recovery readiness, obtaining service recovery assurances from external providers. Collaborate with technical architects and experts to review documentation.
- Define Service Continuity requirements, limitations, tasks, and deliverables for project and operational planning.
- Align ITSCM with Business Resilience needs and provide Service Continuity and Disaster Recovery expertise to meet business objectives.
- Conduct ITSCM awareness and training actions, sessions, or communications.

**Information Security and Risk Management**:

- Support the implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) by defining policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines. Monitor implementation, status, and reporting.
- Provide tactical advice on information security for IT and non-IT projects. Coordinate and follow up on projects and initiatives within the CISO organization.
- Handle information or cybersecurity incidents and coordinate forensic activities.
- Perform daily follow-up of the CISO mailbox.
- Define, organize, and enforce policies, standards, and procedures for Information Risk Management.
- Maintain the information risk register and conduct active information risk analyses (Business Impact Assessments, Threat & Vulnerability Assessments).

**IT Risk Management**:

- Identify, analyze, and report IT risks, with a particular focus on ITSCM risks. Maintain the risk register and provide management reporting.
- Assist in integrating IT risk management processes into existing business and IT processes.

**Collaboration**:
You will work closely with IT and business stakeholders, the Data Protection Officer, Business Continuity process owners and champions, and internal auditors.

**Profile**:

- Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 10 years of relevant experience in IT Service Continuity, Risk Management, and Information Security.
- Knowledge of standards and frameworks such as ISO22301, ISO2700x, ISO31000, NIST, COBIT5, ITIL, etc.
- Broad knowledge of IT processes and technologies.
- Understanding of security architectures and controls.
- Familiarity with infrastructure resilience (data center, GCP, and Azure IaaS, PaaS). Experience managing and supervising security with external providers.
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Project and change management skills.
- Customer-focused and capable of acting sensitively within the organization.
- Certifications such as BCI, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CRISC are a plus.
- Fluency in spoken and written Dutch or French, with comprehension of both languages.
