Let’s talk
Functie
Als Area Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere uitbouw van +/- 6 kantoren. Je coacht je Branch Managers, ondersteunt hen commercieel en je zorgt ervoor dat heel je team optimistisch door het leven gaat.
Concreet bestaat je dag uit volgende opdrachten:
- Je coacht een team van een 15-tal Branch Managers en consulenten. Je weet hen zo te motiveren dat ze er alles aan doen om de vooropgestelde resultaten te halen.
- Je denkt kritisch na om onze processen en werkwijze te verbeteren en je durft je mening hierover te geven.
- Je werkt voornamelijk in de regio Antwerpen, maar een verdere verplaatsing (Vlaanderen) schrikt je niet af.
- Je ondersteunt en helpt de medewerkers in hun dagdagelijkse activiteiten en indien het nodig is, spring je ook in op kantoor. Op deze manier blijf je betrokken bij de dagdagelijkse uitdagingen van het kantorennetwerk.
- Je werkt mee aan de verdere uitbouw van het kantorennetwerk door op zoek te gaan naar interessante regio’s om nieuwe kantoren op te starten.
- Je rapporteert wekelijks de cijfers van je kantoren aan je leidinggevende en je komt met ideeën ter verbetering.
Profiel
- Je bent resultaatgericht en je doet net dat tikkeltje extra. Niet enkel om de resultaten te behalen maar vooral om ze te overtreffen.
- Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit: je denkt strategisch mee maar je deinst er niet voor terug om mee operationele taken uit te voeren in het kantorennetwerk.
- Je bent een harde werker en past in een cultuur waar er ook gelachen kan worden; want dat doen we continu.
- Je staat open voor continue verbetering. Je wil ervaring opdoen en neemt initiatief. Bij EasyLife kan er veel
- Je hebt minimum een bachelor diploma of gelijkgesteld door ervaring.
- Je hebt ervaring in het aansturen en motiveren van een team.
- Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring in de interimsector of in de dienstenchequesector.
- Je hebt vooral voor goesting om aan een nieuwe, leuke en ambitieuze uitdaging te starten.
