**What's in the job?**

Welkom bij IKKS Een werkplek waar je jezelf kunt zijn & nog veel meer Als verkoopmedewerker leer je de basis van het runnen van een winkel, kom je terecht in een getalenteerd team van nieuwe vrienden - en het allerbelangrijkste - je leert hoe je onze klanten zich welkom, blij en geïnspireerd kunt laten voelen.

Want als je er goed uitziet, dan voel je je ook goed Wij vragen van onze medewerkers om creatief te zijn, alsook de juiste 'open' vragen te stellen waardoor je een beter beeld krijgt van wat onze klanten precies willen.**

- Uitstekende klantenservice bieden om onze verkoop te maximaliseren op de verkoopvloer, in de paskamers en aan de kassa
- Personal shopper
- merchandising
- stockbeheer
- gedreven om de KPI's te behalen
- Actief werken met de goederen - aanvullen, plooien, inhangen, opruimen en presenteren.
- Aan de kassa werken
- De levering verwerken en goederen uitpakken
- De goederen beveiligen, prijsveranderingen en kortingen aanbrengen
- Het volgen van alle verkooproutines, -richtlijnen en -beleid om te veiligheid van de winkel te verzekeren en verlies tegen te gaan
- In team werken en actief je collega’s ondersteunen en helpen
