Our Client is an international producer of ingredients for the food industry. Due to the anonymity that is requested, more information can not be disclosed at this moment.

**Function description**

In addition to the regular finance tasks, you will help shape the organization's results by serving as a business partner to the Managing Director and executive team. Driven by a passion for business analytics, you will contribute to the development of company policy.

**Tasks**
- You oversee the financial health of the company, monitoring cost awareness within the organization and driving strategic projects to improve profitability,
- You are responsible for budget management and provide periodic financial reports and budgets and provide the information to management and stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for risk management: identifying and managing risks to ensure the financial stability of the organization.
- You will further professionalize the financial and operational policies by building a coherent policy in compliance with financial laws and regulations.
- You guard the consistency and continuity of all processes: controlling and reporting as indicated within the frameworks set by corporate.
- Responsible for the digitization of the IT & Finance processes.

**Job requirements**
- You have a master's degree in Finance, Business Administration or similar
- You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance & 5 years in a managerial position
- You are a born leader with strong communication skills
- You have strong analytical and strategic skills and excellent knowledge of Excel
- You are fluent in Dutch, English and French both oral and written

**Organizational and departmental definition**

The Finance Director reports to the Managing Director and will lead the Finance and IT departments. You are part of the Management Committee.
