Private Equity Specialist

Nous recherchons un spécialiste du capital-investissement ayant de l'expérience dans la mise en place indépendante de fonds pour des familles, y compris la sélection, le reporting et les activités commerciales. Une connaissance approfondie des marchés européens et américains et d'excellentes compétences en matière de communication sont requises. **Description**
- Vous serez responsable de la gestion et de la croissance du portefeuille d'investissements en private equity.
- Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe d'investissement afin d'identifier les opportunités et d'effectuer les processus de diligence raisonnable.
- Vous structurerez les transactions et ajouterez de la valeur aux entreprises existantes du portefeuille.
- Vous serez impliqué dans tous les aspects du processus d'investissement, y compris l'initiation des transactions et la gestion des stratégies de sortie.
- Vous sélectionnerez des fonds de capital-investissement, préparerez des rapports et assurerez le suivi avec les investisseurs et le comité exécutif.
**Profile**
- Vous avez une expérience avérée dans les fonds de capital-investissement, avec une expérience confirmée dans la mise en place indépendante de fonds pour des familles.
- Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des marchés européens et américains et êtes capable d'identifier et d'évaluer les opportunités d'investissement.
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un master avec une formation en économie/finance.
- Vous avez des compétences en matière de communication et d'établissement de rapports, et êtes capable de communiquer des informations financières complexes aux investisseurs de manière claire et convaincante.
- Vous avez de solides compétences commerciales et êtes capable de nouer et d'entretenir des relations avec des investisseurs et d'autres parties prenantes clés.
- Vous êtes proactif et orienté vers les résultats, avec une capacité avérée à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à travailler dans des délais serrés.
