Met je enthousiasme en je interesse in de boeiende metiers van Corporate Banking & Wealth Management, kom je terecht in een team dat ondersteuning biedt aan de directie “Distribution Corporate Banking & Wealth Management” bij het aansturen in ruime zin van de metiers, om de ambities te verwezenlijken en de strategische uitdagingen aan te gaan;
- Je leidt en/of neemt deel aan diverse soorten projecten (optimalisering van de bestaande processen, het stimuleren van de samenwerking tussen de diverse teams, nieuwe initiatieven voor de metiers enz.), inclusief de strategische transversale projecten waarin je de Distributie gaat vertegenwoordigen;
- Diverse periodieke opdrachten maar ook eenmalige opdrachten zullen aan jou worden toevertrouwd, bv. in verband met de diverse risico’s in ruime zin binnen het metier of met het optimaliseren van de rentabiliteit van het metier;
- Dankzij de businessanalyses die jij gaat uitvoeren op verzoek van het management, maar ook uit eigen initiatief, draag jij bij tot het aansturen van het metier.
- Je neemt deel aan het uitwerken van de KPI's van de bankers en hun monitoring in de loop van het jaar, maar ook aan het aansturen van de KPI’s van de metiers in ruime zin. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de bankers en hun management voor de follow-up van de KPI’s en legt de link naar DATA en Marketing.
- Jij vergaart (nieuwe) ideeën, vat ze samen en geeft vorm aan het resultaat van de analyses/monitoring/projecten in de synthetische en kwalitatieve uiteenzettingen ten behoeve van het management en/of de bankers. In bepaalde gevallen geef jij aan de stakeholders toelichting bij een onderwerp waaraan je gewerkt hebt.
- Je voelt je op je gemak in een team waarin je niet bang bent om nieuwe ideeën aan te brengen en je standpunt te uiten.

- Je houdt van cijfers, je bent analytisch goed onderlegd en hebt Excel goed onder de knie en kan er dan ook relevante analyses uit distilleren;
- Je bent autonoom, werkt nauwgezet en bent resultaat
- en oplossingsgericht;
- Je kan goed heldere en samenvattende PowerPoint-presentaties uitwerken en communiceert vlot;
- Je bent open van geest en assertief en je bent niet bang om anderen te challengen in de positieve en constructieve zin van het woord;
- Je bent flexibel en praktisch ingesteld en je deelt graag nieuwe ideeën met anderen. In teamverband werken in een positieve geest geeft je vleugels;
- Je bent houder van een Master in een economische, financiële, juridische of gelijkwaardige richting;
- Je bent tweetalig of je beheerst de tweede landstaal goed. Kennis van het Engels is een pluspunt.
