The Project Manager Operations is accountable for the completion of operations related projects, in order to increase operational performances of the PSA terminals.

**Role**:

- Manage projects in a methodical manner (PSAA PM Methodology) in close cooperation with the departments involved; incorporate change management and a structured handover to daily operational business; ensure the project is completed on time & within budget
- Collect financial and operational project related data on performances in collaboration with Finance department
- Is familiar with Business Analysis techniques (may participate to structure/support/challenge analysis but from a Project Management perspective)
- Set up business plans to evaluate the feasibility of a new business ideas in an objective and critical way (e.g. financial accountability for implementing platforms)
- Provide regular & transparent project status update to all internal stakeholders
- Prepare, give and clarify presentations, for various audiences, s.a. Senior Management, BoD, shareholders
- Based on the approved recommendations, play an advisory role towards senior management and operational line managers f.i. in order to increase productivity
- Review and draft award papers (check if according to budget, timing, procedure and ascertain correct evaluation)
- Cultivate and maintain good relationships internally with senior management, managers of other departments and externally with government authorities and partners; invest in networking

The Project Manager reports to the Manager Operational Projects.

**Profiel***:
**Education**:

- Master degree (or equal due to working experience)

**Experience**:

- Approximately 5-10 years of working experience preferably in logistics, and acquainted with project management.
- Experience in project methodology & tools is a plus.

Languages:

- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.

**Competencies**:

- Team player with hands-on approach, but able to work autonomously
- Good personal communication and presentation skills, showing cultural awareness
