Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Sales Coordinator - Customer Care (m/v/x) voor een functie bij een internationaal bedrijf gelegen aan het Eilandje in Antwerpen.

Het team bestaat momenteel uit 3 customer care (verschillende generaties) en één teamleider. Er heerst een goede sfeer en iedereen is hulpvaardig. De customer care rapporteert aan de teamleider. De teamleider aan de Operation Manager (Logistiek).

Jouw takenpakket als Sales Coordinator - Customer Care (m/v/x):

- Administratieve verwerking en opvolging van OPP-orders;
- Planningcoordinatie & forecast verwerking in samenspraak met de klanten;
- Samenwerking en coördinatie met andere afdelingen zoals regelgevende zaken, marketing, verkoop, operaties/logistiek, verkoopmanagers;
- Voorraadbeheer & controle;
- Voorbereiding van laadorders/picklijsten voor transport & opvolging met het magazijn;
- Communicatie met expediteurs indien van toepassing;
- Het versturen van de nodige documenten naar de klant;
- Monsters laten analyseren;
- Opvolging van problemen en klachten;
- Back up zijn voor collega's.

Jouw profiel als Sales Coordinator - Customer Care (m/v/x):

- Enkele jaren ervaring in een soortgelijke functie;
- Computersystemen: Microsoft Office, goede kennis van Excel;
- Kennis en ervaring met SAP/4HANA is een grote troef;
- Interesse en kennis van logistiek is een grote plus (deze twee afdelingen werken nauw samen);
- De ideale kandidaat is sociaal en communicatief, hands-on en down-to-earth.
