ARHS Digital is looking for a Project/Program Manager to lead the delivery of the cybersecurity IT roadmap for one of its clients in Brussels, a key player in the Insurance sector.

**Context**

Projects will be mostly around cybersecurity but can be of the following types:

- Cybersecurity projects: manage the impact of security constraints on the infrastructure. Examples of project are:

- The implementation of a vault for password and migration of high privilege account to that vault
- The improvement of Identity and Access management systems and processes
- Network segmentation
- Workstation hardening (EDR)
- Proxy evolutions
- Security Operation Center processes
- Pure infrastructure evolution: evolution of the infrastructure to increase the global level of service, life cycle management, technology evolution, data-center migration, cloud initiatives like delivery of Office 365, migration to Sharepoint Online, etc.

**Role & responsibilities**
- Accountable that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Prepare and animate project steerco
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and define the appropriate mitigation actions
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Be familiar with processes like Change Management, Test Management, Communication, and Handover to Operation

**Qualifications** Your profile**
- University graduate or equivalent
- Fluent in Dutch or French and good knowledge of the other. Good knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Ability to adapt communication to the audience
- Able to have technical discussions with the infra teams and to translate towards other departments
- Client orientation, planning & organization and negotiation skills are also required
- Ability to take a helicopter view to summarize the status.
- Reflect reality & stress the attention points
- Proactivity and risk mitigation
- Ablet to stimulate collaboration between different teams

**Technical skills**
- At least 5 years’ experience in Cybersecurity and Technical project Management within large IT organization
- At least 5 years’ experience in Project Management
- Good knowledge of Prince 2 & Waterfall methodologies
- Knowledge of BeyondTrust would be considered an asset
- Good knowledge of IT platforms: Windows / Office 365 / Cloud
- Good knowledge of cybersecurity platforms: Windows Defender, High Privilege Account Management tools and processes, etc.
- Experience in Implementation of standard IT infrastructure projects like Cloud projects, Office 365 or compliance projects in a large IT organization would be considered an asset
