Job Description
We have an excellent, new opportunity for a Client Program Senior Consultant to join the Netherlands practice, based in the Brussels office with frequent travel to Amsterdam. This is a permanent, full-time position that is offering a unique opportunity to partner exclusively with one of our clients, who are a world leading brand.
About the role:
In this role you will be responsible for acting as the client’s single point of contact for VIP moves to the EMEA region, providing high-touch immigration services to VIP cases across multiple jurisdictions.
More specifically, you will relentlessly drive VIP cases forward with a proactive approach to their immigration processes, including document procurement, consular services and more.
Other key responsibilities will include:
- Be the face of Fragomen to VIPs in the EMEA region- Identify the preferred communication style of the VIP and adapt the case approach to the personal preference- Work with Fragomen and client stakeholders to retain a full helicopter view of the case, but always maintaining scope of service- Understand the critical importance of EA, PA and other client contacts- Have a sophisticated understanding of the day jobs of VIP’s, and take into consideration when strategizing and communicating about case processes.- Think outside the box, and bring the most strategic approach to every case (and to every step of each case)- Coordinate with all teams involved to ensure seamless processing, coordination, and sharing of pertinent information- Ensure case related project plans are continuously updated with clear and specific guidance, always avoiding generic verbiage- Ensure all elements of case processing have been considered and that all teams proactively work to take any steps possible in advance and ensure that documents/legalizations are proactively procured- Ensure cases are moving at the expected pace, and proactively work with the legal teams to look for elements of case processing that can potentially be expedited
About you:
You have a passion for client relationships and the adaptability to provide service that meets individual needs. You are an experienced Immigration professional with a proven ability to develop deep cultural understanding of your clients and deliver exceptional levels of service.
Your communication skills are exceptional and adaptable, particularly in English. Ideally you will also have previous experience of managing a high-touch, VIP cases in a fast-paced, busy environment.
Also required:
- You will be a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously as the sole client contact- Excellent communication skills in both English and French/Dutch.- Previous client facing experience- Strong time management skills; able to work towards deadlines and work with high volumes- Ability to work well in a team- Bachelor or Master degree preferably specializing in Law/Legal Services or Political Sciences
