**Jobomschrijving**
Dit is de financial controller voor wie we in ons HQ in Gent een vacature hebben:
- Je bent een kei in het analyseren van alle facetten van boekhoudingen, balansen, P&L statements en cashflowrapporten.
- Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit op de maand-, kwartaal
- en jaarafsluiting van de PIA partners
- Je assisteert vanuit Gent mee bij de jaarlijkse consolidatie van de verschillende kantoren. Ervaring met Sigma Conso Tool is daarbij een plus.
- Je helpt bij het opmaken van budgetten, variantieanalyses en forecasts op kantoorniveau.
- Je volgt de actuals op die door de GL Accountants worden opgesteld.
- Je verzamelt en onderzoekt de financiële informatie en KPI's van de verschillende PIA partners. Daarbij werk je rechtstreeks samen met de kantoorverantwoordelijken.
- Je ontwerpt de maandelijkse managementrapporteringen in BE GAAP, bereidt ze voor en volgt ze op.
- Je bereidt de maandelijkse cashflowrapporteringen voor en maakt suggesties voor bijsturingen waar nodig.
- Als financial controller ben je één van de contactpersonen voor de bedrijfsrevisor en ondersteunt hierin de GL Accountants.
- Je helpt mee bij het opzetten en verbeteren van het interne controlesysteem.
- Je wordt ingezet op ad hoc analyses en projecten.
**Wie ben jij?**:
- Je behaalde een master handelswetenschappen, economie (TEW) of handelsingenieur en beschikt over een drietal jaar relevante ervaring.
- Je bent bijzonder analytisch ingesteld en behoudt je helikoptervisie in complexe situaties.
- Je beheerst Excel als geen ander. Werken met draaitabellen en macro’s heb je helemaal in de vingers.
- Je beschikt over sterke communicatieskills om complexe zaken op een verstaanbare manier uit te leggen en te presenteren.
- Je voelt je als een vis in het water met rapporteringstools, het consolideren en het interpreteren van cijfers.
- Je hebt een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands. Frans is een plus, maar zeker geen must.
**Wat mag je van ons verwachten?**:
- Je versterkt een gemotiveerd Finance Team met een AP Accountant, Credit Controller en drie GL Accountants. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Group CFO.
