Market Research ManagerLa Lorraine Bakery Group has the ambition to further strengthen its position in the international bakery market. Strong market intelligence (coming from consumer, customer, market, trends,...) is essential to be successful, both in B2B as in B2C segments. To realise this ambition LLBG is looking to strengthen its consumer & market insight team with a Market Research Manager.

**Your function**:

- You will support, building & strengthening the LLBG market intelligence department by playing a key role in the full project management of international research projects. From briefing to research, launch and delivery of clear & actionable insights driven recommendations.
- You will have contact with partnership network & protocols, support the dissemination of data into insights/actions serving the local market community.
- Responsibilities:

- Full project management of international (and local when needed) market researches
- on various type of research: B2C and B2B, in various fields (retail, foodservice)
- Translation of briefing into relevant research objectives, methodology and questions
- Conducting DIY surveys in an autonomous way: from briefing to field to results and translations in actionable recommendations.

In this function you will report to the International Market Research Manager and will have diverse contacts with stakeholders in all countries, different departments (from NPD, Category teams) as well as several external partners.

**Your profile**:

- Master degree, preferable in economics, marketing, consumer psychology,...
- You have a first experience as a Market Research Manager in comparable international food industries or at agency side, experienced in managing quality/quantity complex transnational projects (experience with DIY tooling is a plus).
- You have a true passion for food & bakery in particular.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, able to push projects forward in an inclusive way.
- Flexible & able to manage change in a fast evolving international context.
- Ability and passion to continuously learn & develop as the industry grows.
- Full knowledge of all types of ad hoc & continuous research typologies.
- Strong project management skills as well as analytical skills but with a strong ability to turn data/info in clear actions.
- You have good reporting & presentation skills.
- Strong conviction power.
- You are fluent in English and you have a good level in Dutch and French.
- You are open to travel on an occasional basis (short trips.
