Red Sheep Agency recherche un **Digital** **Campaign Manager /Paid Media Specialist **pour renforcer ses équipes, tu pourras être accompagné et formé par des gens en poste si nécessaire.

**Ce que tu feras - tes missions au quotidien**:

- **Planification et Stratégie de Campagne**:

- Définir les objectifs avec les clients et élaborer des stratégies publicitaires adaptées.
- Analyser le marché et les tendances pour affiner les stratégies.
- **Gestion et conseil sur le contenu **pour concevoir et rédiger des publicités attractives (texte, images, vidéos).
- **Achat Média et Allocation de Budget**:

- Sélectionner les plateformes de diffusion en fonction du public cible.
- Gérer et optimiser le budget alloué aux campagnes.
- **Lancement et Supervision des Campagnes**:

- Configurer, lancer et surveiller les campagnes publicitaires.
- Ajuster les paramètres pour maximiser les performances.
- **Optimisation des Campagnes**:

- Utiliser des outils d'analyse pour mesurer et optimiser les performances des campagnes.
- **Reporting et Analyse des Données**:

- Préparer des rapports détaillés sur les performances des campagnes.
- Interpréter les données pour proposer des améliorations.
- Faire des weekly reporting avec les clients de l’agence
- **Innovation et Veille Technologique**:

- Te tenir informé des nouvelles tendances et technologies en marketing digital.

**Ton profil**:

- Idéalement tu as un bachelier en **Marketing (Digital ou pas), Business Management, Publicité ou Communication.**:

- Tu maitrise parfaitement le** Français **(parlé, lu, écrit) et tu as une connaissance de l’**anglais** professionnel (3.5/5). La connaissance du néerlandais est un bon atout
- Tu es **créatif** de nature et ose faire des propositions audacieuses, tu n’as pas peur de sortir des idées un peu folles
- Tu as le contact facile et tu aimes les **contacts commerciaux**:

- A côté de tes talents créa, tu es **TRES organisé et rigoureux**:

- Tu es à l’aise avec l’analyse des chiffres et des données ou tu es conscient que c’est important et prêt à apprendre à lire les données
- La satisfaction du client est une de tes priorités
- Tu es honnête, tu dis ce que tu fais et fais ce que tu dis
