**Venue Coordinator for VR Entertainment**

Our main goal is to offer our clients the most amazing experience in virtual reality, whether they want to play games, explore worlds, or have fun with friends.

**About the role**

As a Venue Coordinator, you will be responsible for the most important part of our business: our clients’ experience. You will also be the leader of The Park, coordinating a team of students who will assist you in delivering the best service possible.

You will be the face of The Park, welcoming our guests with your warm smile, registering them into the system, explaining how to play in VR, and helping them into the VR gear.

You will also be the eyes and ears of The Park, making sure our clients can have a great time in a clean and safe environment, offering them drinks and snacks and reporting any feedback or suggestions to the operational team.

**Job requirements**

We are looking for someone who is:

- Organized and communicative: you can plan, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently and effectively, and communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
- Flexible and adaptable: you can work in different shifts, including weeknights and weekends, and adjust to changing situations and demands.
- Multi-tasker and problem-solver: you can handle multiple tasks at once, and find solutions to any challenges that may arise.
- Comfortable and confident: you can work with clients and groups of different ages, backgrounds, and preferences, and make them feel welcome and comfortable.
- Motivated and eager: you are passionate about VR and want to learn, improve, and grow with us.
- Positive and enthusiastic: you have a positive attitude and a contagious energy that makes our clients and team happy.

**Nice to have but not required**
- Experience in the hospitality sector, especially in bars or restaurants.
- Experience with VR, tech, or games.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Driver’s licence B.

- Flexible hours: the working hours are determined by the clients’ bookings and planned a week ahead. Certain agreements can be made in case you are not available on certain days. Clients usually book in the afternoon, evenings, and weekends.
