**Make your mark for patients**

We are looking for an **EU Labelling & Promotional Science Lead** to join us in our **Global Regulatory Affairs** team, based in either of our Brussels, Belgium or Slough, UK offices

**About the role**

Provides strategic direction to a European Labelling & Promotional team, according to the Therapeutic business unit & Regulatory Affairs Objectives. Ensures that the team delivers on strategic and operational labelling & Promotional excellence, following UCB Policy and Procedures and regional guidelines

**Who you’ll work with**

You will report into the Head of Global Labelling, Promotions & Advertisements

**What you’ll do**
- Leads the regional Labelling and Promotional team, aligning resources on activities according to the Business needs. Sets and agrees individuals objectives and their development plans.
- Key partner with Global and US Labelling & Advertising/Promotion teams. Together, the EU, US, and Global labelling teams help drive a differentiated Company position via the Target Core Label Profile (TCLP) and the Company Core Data Sheet (CCDs).
- EU Labelling & Promo team contributes towards competitive labelling searches for our assets
- Delivers operational excellence, promotes consistency and harmonization for all Eu labelling activities, according to governance-agreed timelines.
- Accountable that the team is trained and working in compliance to UCB processes

I**nterested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- Leadership & Management - Provides clear direction for the team and develops team members
- Build effective partnerships - identifies opportunities and takes actions to build effective relationships within team and with other areas
- Influencing skills - through well thought through rationale and effective communication skills, able to influence key decisions
- Flexibility and adaptability - Decides what to do based on the situation. Changes behaviour or approach to fit the situation or the person. Works effectively in ambiguous situations
