Weldan ben jij de geknipte persoon voor deze functieGroup S biedt aan de zelfstandigen en aan de werkgevers een waaier van diensten aan, gaande van bijstand in het personeelsbeheer tot loonadministratie en toepassing van sociale wetgeving. Door de jaren heen heeft Group S een erkende expertise opgebouwd (bevestigd door een klantentevredenheidsenquête) in vakgebieden als human resources beheer, juridische bijstand, sociaal secretariaat, enz. Om haar kwaliteitsstandaard hoog te houden doet zij een beroep op specialisten waarvan de bekwaamheid de garantie is voor een doeltreffende dienstverlening aan de klanten en aan hun dossierbeheerders.Onze legal analysts volgen van nabij de dagelijkse evolutie van de sectorale afspraken evenals van de sociale en fiscale bedragen die een invloed hebben op de loonadministratie door de permanente bijwerking van sectorale documentatie, loongegevens, computer
- en andere beheerprogramma’s. Zij adviseren de interne diensten hierover.Jouw voornaamste taken:
- Je volgt de evolutie van de sociale (RSZ) en fiscale (Bedrijfsvoorheffing) bedragen die een invloed hebben op de loonadministratie
- Je volgt de sectorale afspraken (CAO’s) en analyseert de teksten die van toepassing zijn op de werkgevers.
- Je volgt de loonvoorwaarden die gemaakt worden bij grote klanten en binnen de publieke sector
- Op basis van de verzamelde gegevens zorg je voor de bijwerking van de cijfergegevens die onmisbaar zijn voor de computertoepassingen van de loonberekening en van de andere tools waarover onze klanten kunnen beschikken.
- Deze verzamelde gegevens zet je ook om in praktische info en instructies zowel voor interne als externe gebruikers
- Je verzamelt deze gegevens door contacten met diverse instellingen zoals de RSZ, de FOD Financiën, de FOD Tewerkstelling, Arbeid en Sociaal Overleg, RVA, enz.
- Je ondersteunt de dossierbeheerders op dat vlak in hun dagelijkse bijstand aan de werkgevers.
