We are looking for a passionate and committed Business Analyst to join the FACCTS Team for the dCGP Project. This role will reside within the Sales & Marketing Data Domain team. The dCGP Project is an existing project to get insight into the consolidated profit by product number and customer. We are starting from the external sales done by the customer center and look through the entire supply chain to accumulate the appropriate costs for each level. The project is split in different phases with a focus on standard orders for our first release (MVP). Next phase would be the integration of the bill of materials to fully understand the profit each component brings. For the roll-out of phase one and analysis of the next phases we are now looking for a business analyst to strengthen the team.
You will work together with business stakeholders from all levels (Customer Centers, Product Companies, Divisions) to understand challenges and business requirements. You will analyze and document business processes and requirements to meet those challenges. Additionally, you will drive the current solution forward with a focus on coordinating, planning, executing user acceptance testing, launch activities on incremental improvements and providing ongoing support. You will also be responsible for triage and analysis of production support issues. You report to the Data Domain Product Owner of FACCTS.
**Stakeholder management**:
- You engage with our existing and future stakeholders (Customer Centers, Product Companies and Divisions) and help them adopt solutions to meet their business requirements.
- You can work with the stakeholders to understand the big picture and work towards it
- You ensure growth in our platform awareness, adoption and usage by customers
- You showcase product and solutions through presentations, demos and effective documentation
- You lead discovery sessions with the FACCTS team and business users to understand the business objectives and system needs
- You would need to map out the business processes and present them through clear visualizations
- You lead training sessions and create end user training content
- You proactively create documentation like business cases, usage scenarios, FAQ’s, meeting note, etc. and ensure that the information reaches to the correct audience
**Reporting and Analysis**:
- You provide support to end users in various data queries and you can assist them in building Power BI reports (Self Service)
- Analyze data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
- Produce data/information models and preliminary system architecture facilitating a successful solution design and development
- You assist in the gathering of initial business case requirements and other pre-project activities (e.g., high level requirements, project scope, objectives)
**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as business analyst in a multinational or consultancy company
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Experience in SQL, Databricks, Power BI among other data components in Azure are strong assets
- You can create process models and have experience with business process modeling tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills to demonstrate solution concepts (English)
- Understanding of the Atlas Copco processes and common ERP’s used (BPCS, act) is considered an advantage
- An understanding of data warehousing and relational database concepts & technologies is a plus.
