Compensation & Benefits Specialist Freelance

Goodman, a recognized leader in sustainable property development and critical infrastructure solution, operates across seven European Countries. As we navigate an exciting organizational transformation, we are looking for a Freelance Compensation and Benefits Specialist to help align our HR policies with our evolving strategic priorities. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the People & Culture team on several C&B-focused projects across our European operations.

More concretely, this means you will get the opportunity to focus on the following key projects:
Lead Grading Project
- Select and recommend and appropriate job grading methodology for Goodman.
- Launch the project and ensure roles are evaluated accurately and consistently.

Employment Contract Review
- Analyse and update employment contracts to align with local regulations and Goodman’s evolving strategy
- Ensure consistency across all employee agreements in multiple countries

Policy Development and Review
- Events policy, Car allowance policy, Bring your own device policy, Seniority policy,

Work Permit and International Mobility
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations for work permits and cross-border mobility.

Ad-hoc request
- Address a range of compensation and benefit challenges, including transport reimbursements in Germany, non-compete clauses

Do you recognize yourself?
- Proven experience in Compensation and Benefits, preferably in multinational environments
- Strong knowledge of international employment law and compensation regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in reviewing and developing compensation policies and working with job grading systems.

Duration
- Contract length: 3 months
- Working schedule: 3 days per week (flexible arrangement), with at least 2 days a week in the office
