**About the role**:
The Master Data Analyst is responsible and accountable for Master Data Change Project Management, process execution, GDP, and adherence to required completion date. He/She expedites and monitors actions required by other functions until completion.

He/She coordinates the development, updating and implementation of item codes and BOMs per the process for master data development used in production and packaging.

He/She participates in cross-functional project teams on development for new products, new markets and changes to existing item codes and BOMs.

**How you will contribute**:

- Responsible and accountable for Master Data Change Project Management, process execution, GDP, and adherence to required completion date. Expedite and monitor actions required by other functions until completion.
- Coordinate projects, portfolio and change control for Master Data Changes ensuring supply continuity and business growth.
- Coordinate the development, updating and implementation of item codes and BOMs per the process for master data development used in production and packaging.
- Ensure appropriate approvals are obtained from other functions where applicable. Ensure all action items are properly documented and closed out in electronic artwork management and Change control system.
- Participate in cross-functional project teams on development for new products, new markets and changes to existing item codes and BOMs.
- Have a quality mind-set in performing all tasks related to the execution of master data projects.

- Maintain all relevant Master Data (Items, BOMs, routings, supplier X-Ref records) within the different electronic Master Data management systems (SAP, C3ME EBM), ensuring proper tasks are setup, progressed and completed on time.
- Review and coordinate Master Data action items in Change Controls to ensure these are properly documented and closed out in line with set timelines.
- Collects required, detailed info on Master Data changes and carries out master data updates within the different electronic Master Data management systems (SAP, C3ME EBM).
- Coordinate with the different stakeholders (Finance, MRP, Manufacturing, Packing, PE&T, Artwork Management) the creation, update, obsoletion and approval of item numbers and corresponding Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Provide Master Data reports from the different electronic Master Data management systems (SAP, C3ME EBM) on demand.
- Manage projects for master data changes considering lowest possible impact on market supply, supporting inventory management and manufacturing operations while maintaining highest possible efficiency in change implementation.
- Transparently monitor, control and report process performance of master data changes.

- Represent Master Data Management in Master Data projects, provide expert statements and provide training/technical consultation if required.
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers, stakeholders, partners, third parties and vendors:

- Internal: Artwork & Labeling Quality, Artwork Management, Packaging Dept., Quality, IT, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain (local and global), Project Management.
- External business partners, (e.g. CMOs, material suppliers, outsourcing partners).

- Provide input for continuous process alignment and improvement.
- Participate in escalation process and problem solving for issues endangering supply continuity or fulfillment of business-critical goals.

- Basic understanding of handling complex problems and analytical and investigational skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, programs, initiatives & priorities at a time.
- Participate in solving issues, define mitigation strategies to overcome potential supply continuity risks (if required in consultation with Supply Planning, requestor, internal customer.

**What you bring to Takeda**:

- Education in Business Administration or (Business) Informatics.
- Practical experience working with ERP systems (SAP and/or C3ME), Change Control and computerized documentation control system, material and/or label change in GMP environment.
- IT: experience working with ERP systems (e.g. C3ME or others), QM systems
