**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Om het Continuous Improvement (CI) programma te implementeren kom je als trainee het CI-team versterken voor een gevarieerd takenpakket waarbij je met alle afdelingen in contact komt. Het is een unieke manier om op korte termijn het bedrijf, de activiteiten en de medewerkers te leren kennen. Jouw takenpakket ziet er als volgt uit:

- Meevolgen van enkele Kaizen events als opleiding
- Vaststellen van inefficiënte situaties, verliesposten,die voor verbetering vatbaar zijn
- Voorbereiden, opstarten en begeleiden van Kaizen weken waarbij een divers team via root cause analyse oplossingen uitwerkt én implementeert
- Waar nodig zal je meer moeten aansturen om ervoor te zorgen dat er resultaat bereikt wordt aan het einde van ieder Kaizen event
- Via eigen waarnemingen in het werkveld en meldingen vanuit het werkveld geef je input aan de Kaizen teams

Je komt in deze job met alle werknemers uit het bedrijf in contact van op de werkvloer tot het management. Je rapporteert aan de Continuous Improvement manager.

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**
Voor deze nieuwe job van Continuous Improvement trainee zoekt Hays Engineering een ingenieur of bachelor met:

- interesse in een (complexe) manufacturing omgeving
- goede communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden
- sterke interesse om te werken aan verbeterprojecten
- analytisch én pragmatisch inzicht
- zin om initiatief te nemen en creatief te zijn
- de vaardigheid om te coachen, opleiding te geven, mensen te motiveren
- voldoende assertiviteit om resultaat ‘af te dwingen’ en een team te leiden waar nodig

Ervaring is niet vereist, ook kandidaten die eventueel nog een stageplaats zoeken, kunnen zich aanmelden. Verder stelt NL-EN geen probleem.
