...**hoofdverantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je ondersteunend het team bij het opmaken van dossiers voor nieuwe medewerkers
- Je helpt mee met de input in het loonsysteem van personeelsgegevens
- Je doet de opvolging van contracten en personeelsdossiers
- Je helpt bij het opmaken en updaten van informatiebrochures en interne communicaties
- Je staat in voor het opvolgen van tijdskrediet - Van aanvraag tot verwerking in payroll
- Diverse input en controle in payroll (E-Blox)
- Je volgt de tijdsregistratie voor verwerking in de loonsadministratie mee op
- Je bent een kei in het invullen en opvolgen van sociale documenten
- Je biedt ondersteuning bij het cafetariaplan voor alle werknemers
- Je voert algemene salaris
- en personeelsadministratie uit (oa educatief verlof, klassement, dimona, loonbeslag, etc..)**ervaring**:

- 1-3 jaar**jouw aanbod**:

- Je hebt een eerste HR werkervaring binnen payroll
- MS Office heeft geen geheimen voor jou
- Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands, met een goede kennis Frans
- Je bent proactief en hebt een hands-on mentalieit
- Je bent energiek, resultaatgericht, analytisch sterk en vernieuwend
- Je ben accuraat en gestructureerd
- Je werkt goed zelfstandig, maar even graag in een team
