- Language: French (proficient) & English (proficient)
- Technical knowledge (automotive, tyres,) is a plus
- No specific experience required

**Wat ga je doen?**:
As a customer service officer, you will work **Saturday & Sunday from 8h to 21h and one weekday from 9h to 17h30**. Your main tasks will be:

- Gathering **information** and checking the data for accuracy and completeness.
- Providing **technical support** and communicating with **workshops**.
- **Updating** the customer and all other parties involved.
- Monitoring and **controlling agreements** with all parties involved.
- Follow-up of all **contract-related issues** within the established deadlines.
