**Job description**
- For our Casino in the heart of Ostend, we are looking for additional support in our box office team.- As cashier of the games room, you are the point of contact responsible for the correct (out) payments to our customers.- Thanks to intensive training by our staff, you will become a pro in no time**Profile**
- Besides Dutch, you can also fix yourself in French and English
- You are a team player and especially enjoy being around people
**Job-related Competences**
- Checking the till at the start of the working day
Counting the till contents at closure
- Collect customer comments (reception, price, waiting time, etc.)
Transfer comments to the appropriate person (cashier,...)
- Receiving payments
- Informing the customer about the services on sale (discount, delivery, free credit, loyalty card)
