PLCm Project Coordinator

Melexis is seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects within our organization. Your excellent coordination and communication skills will be essential in facilitating collaboration among team members and stakeholders, and driving project timelines and deliverables. You are tech-savy with a high interest in the semiconductor industry and its product development processes. **More specifically, you will**:

- Coordinate project activities to support the project manager, teamwork is crucial.
- Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring everyone has the necessary information and updates.
- Organize and schedule project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and tracking action items.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, promptly escalating them to the project manager or relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in resource management, including coordinating team members' schedules, ensuring their availability, and allocating resources appropriately.
- Support the project manager in budget tracking, expense management, and financial reporting.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project-related documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational objectives.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role, preferably in a high-tech and fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively & efficiently with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, understanding the context of the topics (technical / process related)
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, open for feedback and able to work with different personalities
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
- Learning mindset, taking ownership of one's learning journey and actively seeking out opportunities to develop new skills, whether through formal training, online courses, mentorship, or hands-on experiences. This mindset involves a proactive approach to staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
- Strong familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms and their functionalities.
