**About the role...**:

- As the ICT Infrastructure & Security Tech Lead, you will take a hands-on approach to designing, deploying, and maintaining IT infrastructure and security systems. You will actively contribute to system upgrades, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement advanced security measures. Working across several countries, you will actively integrate new sites, optimize existing systems, and ensure the environment aligns with global standards like ISO27001, NIS2, and GDPR.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Infrastructure Design, Deployment & Maintenance**- Perform detailed assessments of the current IT infrastructure, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.- Build and implement scalable, reliable, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions.- Develop modern workplace technologies, such as Microsoft Endpoint Manager, collaboration platforms, and device security.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to infrastructure and workplace technologies.

**Security Implementation & Compliance**- Actively configure and manage Zero Trust frameworks, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), and identity and access management (IAM) solutions.- Perform hands-on implementation of security protocols, intrusion detection systems, and incident response tools.- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO27001, and NIS2 standards, addressing any non-compliance proactively.- Define and implement security and compliance best practices across the organization, ensuring alignment with international standards & collaborate with internal teams to prepare documentation and processes for ISO certifications.

**Integration & Support During M&A**- Evaluate IT systems of acquired entities, designing practical migration and integration plans.- Directly manage the setup, configuration, and security of IT systems during acquisitions.- Lead integration projects hands-on, ensuring seamless transitions with mínimal disruption.

**Target Architecture & Roadmap Execution**- Define and implement a detailed roadmap for IT standardization and global alignment.- Roll out modern network designs, Microsoft cloud-based infrastructure, and advanced security solutions.- Deploy workplace transformation initiatives, ensuring a consistent user experience.

**Stakeholder Collaboration & Technical Leadership**- Work closely with IT managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to develop technical solutions that align with business objectives.- Mentor and guide team members by sharing practical knowledge and hands-on techniques.- Lead projects through hands-on involvement in design, configuration, and testing phases, ensuring timely delivery within budget.

**Wat are we looking for...**:
**Experience**- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and security, with expertise in Microsoft technologies and workplace solutions.- Proven track record of managing and deploying IT infrastructure solutions in global environments.

**Technical Expertise**- Advanced, hands-on proficiency in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Teams.- Practical experience in configuring and managing Zero Trust frameworks, SASE, and hybrid environments.- Strong skills in endpoint management, device security, and collaboration tools within the Microsoft ecosystem.- Hands-on familiarity with compliance tools and processes for ISO27001, GDPR, and NIS2 certifications.

**Soft Skills**- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical solutions.- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.- Team-oriented leadership style with a focus on knowledge sharing and mentoring.
