**Postuler**

**Ta mission**- Tu es responsable pendant ton shift de la gestion du terrain et d'une équipe de 15 à 20 personnes.- Tu organises le planning: tu répartis les équipiers sur le terrain tel un coach en Champion's League. L'objectif? Assurer un service rapide et efficace.- Tu veilles à la satisfaction du client: tu accueuilles les clients avec un sourire digne d’une pub pour dentifrice, tu réponds à leurs questions et tu gères le moindre souci avec diplomatie.- Tu garantis le respect des normes de qualité, de sécurité et d'hygiène alimentaire.- Tu gères quelques tâches administratives (stocks, commandes, comptage des caisses...).

**Ton profil**:
- Tu as de l'expérience dans le secteur de la restauration. L'expérience en fast-food est un atout.- Tu as déjà acquis une première expérience en tant que responsable d'une équipe.- Tu es dynamique, commercial(e) et tu n'as pas peur de prendre des initatives.- Tu gères le stress et la pression avec brio.- Tu es ponctuel et tu fais preuve de rigueur dans ton travail.- Tu es flexible pour travailler du lundi au dimanche.
