**Description**
En tant que contrôleur financier, vous apportez un éclairage sur les performances de l'organisation et lancez des actions pour les améliorer. Vous minimisez les risques liés aux opérations commerciales en améliorant les processus financiers. Vous faites partie de l'équipe financière et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les directeurs des différentes unités commerciales. Vous rapportez au Head of Finance Benelux.
En tant que contrôleur financier, vos responsabilités sont les suivantes:
- Préparer le budget annuel avec les directeurs des unités opérationnelles.
- Vous fournissez des rapports financiers, des comptes de coûts internes, des comptes de profits et pertes, des budgets et des prévisions budgétaires.
- Vous fournissez des informations financières et contribuez activement à la politique financière.
- Vous fournissez des rapports aux clients et coordonnez les processus financiers
- En collaboration avec l'équipe financière, vous veillez au bon déroulement de l'audit annuel.
- Vous assurez le suivi du cycle de planification et de contrôle et des accords opérationnels (SLA).
- Vous identifiez les risques financiers et recommandez des solutions et des améliorations aux processus et systèmes financiers.
- Vous établissez des rapports ad hoc pour les directeurs commerciaux ainsi que des rapports de performance par rapport aux objectifs opérationnels.
- Vous êtes conjointement responsable du développement continu, de la mise en œuvre et de la maintenance des méthodes de contrôle.
- Vous représentez dans des projets financiers
**Profile**
- Vous avez obtenu au moins une licence, de préférence dans un domaine financier ou de gestion d'entreprise.
- Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans une fonction financière ou économique.
- Vous parlez le néerlandais et l'anglais
- Vous avez d'excellentes connaissances d'Excel, la connaissance de SAP est un plus.
- Vos capacités de communication vous permettent d'étayer vos analyses et vos conseils auprès de diverses parties internes et externes.
