**Wie ben jij?**:

- Je bent communicatief en zeer open en transparant in je communicatie.
- Je hebt een sterke analytische vaardigheid en beheerst perfect cijfers en systemen.
- Je bent flexibel (voornamelijk geografisch)
- Je beheerst perfect het Nederlands en kan goed je plan trekken in het Frans.
- Verantwoordelijkheden en initiatief opnemen is voor jou geen enkel probleem.
- Je hebt een natuurlijke neiging tot klantgericht denken en handelen, zowel intern als extern.
- Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie is een **absolute must**

**Wat ga je doen?**:

- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het trainen, coachen en begeleiden van winkelmanagers om hun beste commerciële resultaten en een hoog niveau van klanttevredenheid te bereiken.
- Je speelt een leidende rol in het implementeren van veranderings
- en groeistrategieën binnen het bedrijf.
- Teammanagement is cruciaal, je zal verantwoordelijk zijn voor het aanwerven van nieuwe collega’s, het stellen en volgen van doelstellingen tot het evalueren en het versterken van het groeipotentieel van de team.
- Je zal samenwerken met verschillende collega’s op verschillende liggingen (van Vlaams-Brabant tot Limburg maar ook in Wallonië) en zal vooral vanop afstand je team moeten aansturen. Je fungeert als onmisbare schakel tussen de showrooms en kantoren.
