To ensure the best quality in cinema experience for our customers, Kinepolis Group is able to lean on a vast group of supporting services with specific expertise. One of these is our international department of Finance, for which we are looking for a new colleague who will be active across several Finance Services: a Finance Support
In short: you will be part of the Process Office Team, that bridges different internal and external departments within Kinepolis and focusses on optimizing, harmonizing and improving current Finance flows.
But what would a Finance Support do exactly? Here are some examples:
- You will manage First line support within Financial ERP (IBS) and Capex module.
- You will act as the Single Point of Contact for Business and Finance regarding F&A Support.
- You will follow-up Second line support for the Financial ERP (IBS) and Capex module together with an external consultant
- You’ll act as the Key user and Second line Support for Medius our Accounts Payable module.
- You will assist with the analyzing and describing of the AS IS business and financial process flows.
- You’ll also be an active versatile employee within our accounting department - adding operational value and keeping base with the current complexities.
- Hands-on tasks within accounting do not scare you.
And who are you?
- The learning curve is somewhat steep, but a Bachelor degree in Finance will help you a long way.
- For this position you need the necessary IT affinity. An IT background or education may give you more specific knowledge that will help you within this position..
- You like to work on various challenging projects next to some day-to-day Accounting tasks. You're able to easily switch between daily tasks and projects.
- You have the natural ability to cooperate and communicate with different other departments throughout the Group and external relations.
- You feel comfortable maintaining international relations with our colleagues. Here, you’ll need to feel comfortable to express yourself in Dutch, English and French.
- You are analytical, rigorous and detail focused. These skills help you determine priorities.
- You are self-motivated, autonomous and keen to grow and develop.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus.
